Integrations Our integration strategy is to support Health Connect on Android, and Apple Health on iOS. For their respective operating systems, these are the secure on-device health management platforms through which almost all other integrations should connect. Our integration with these platforms is likely to serve as an indirect integration with your favorite platform. On Android, our integration will also serve as a direct integration with Google Fit, Fitbit, and Samsung Health. Smart Progression Weight Recommendation Improvement We're designing a system to heavily reduce the number of occasions where smart progression inserts a weight into the weight text field that isn't supported by your gym profile. This happens when no valid combination of your target rep range, target RIR, and available gym weight for an exercise can be found to satisfy your predicted performance for a specific set. Currently, this scenario requires you to use the "fixes" system to apply a rep range adjustment or gym weight adjustment. With the new system that you can opt out of should you choose, we will flexibly adjust your target rep range as needed to resolve this scenario automatically.
