We allow basic period tracking on the habits page. In the future we intend to provide more comprehensive analytics for this data, potentially even being able to utilize it for algorithm enhancements.
As a small step in that direction, this feature would bring period data into the weight trend view, to provide more interesting insights in the context of weight trending.
